What you're asking about
WDIBoard is two products in one workspace: a social scheduler covering 10 networks, and a website suite that watches the site those posts point at.
The social side
Scheduling to Reddit, X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Mastodon, Bluesky, Telegram and Google Business Profile. A composer with per-network variants and live previews, a drag-and-drop calendar with queue slots, approval workflows with login-free client review links, and a unified inbox for comments, DMs, mentions and reviews.
The website side
Cookieless analytics with no cookie banner, session replay and heatmaps, uptime and change monitoring with SSL expiry alerts, and a free public site audit. All of it reports alongside the social numbers in one branded client document.
Two things are true on every plan, including Free: unlimited team members and unlimited connected channels. There is no seat count and no channel cap anywhere in WDIBoard. What changes between plans is how many brands you run, how many posts a month each brand publishes, and how much analytics history you keep — the exact numbers are on the pricing page.
Worth knowing before you write
You don't need to decide on a plan
Mentioning roughly how many brands or clients you'd run is useful — it's the only thing plans actually differ on — but nothing here commits you to a tier. The Free plan covers one brand with nine networks and unlimited team members, and it stays free.
Agencies
If you're running social for a roster of clients, say how many. Brand-based pricing and unlimited seats are built for exactly that shape, and the agency page covers the workflow — client-approver roles, white-label reports and shared dashboards that open without a login. Volume arrangements exist for larger rosters.
You can try the site audit right now
The free website audit needs no account and no waiting. Point it at a URL and it returns a scored report covering performance, SEO fundamentals, broken links, meta and Open Graph tags, mobile, security headers, accessibility and content. It's the one part of WDIBoard that's open to everyone today.
