The honest version of "unlimited"
A lot of social media pricing pages advertise "unlimited" and then gate the thing you actually need behind the top tier: more seats, more networks, approval workflows. WDIBoard doesn't do that. Team members are unlimited on every plan, connected channels are unlimited on every plan, and approval workflows work the same way on Free as they do on Agency. All 10 networks are included on Creator, Studio and Agency with no per-network add-on fee; Free covers nine of them.
What does change between plans is brands, monthly posts, analytics history, and AI credits. We'd rather tell you the real ceiling — 1,000 posts a month per brand on every paid plan — than hide it behind an asterisk you find after you've already committed.
The website suite — cookieless analytics, session replay, uptime monitoring, the free audit tool — isn't a separate add-on with its own price. It's part of the same workspace at every tier, because splitting social and website into two purchase decisions is exactly the problem this product exists to remove.

Every row that isn't a number is the same across all four plans on purpose. Nothing in WDIBoard's code gates a feature by plan tier — not white-label reporting, not the API, not session replay. The only things that change are the numeric limits above.
What a "brand" and a "post" actually mean
A brand is a workspace's separate identity — its own set of connected channels, its own content calendar, its own analytics. An agency running one client per brand needs one brand slot per client, regardless of how many networks or how many team members touch that client's account.
A post is one item in the composer, counted once per brand per month — no matter how many networks it goes out to. Write once, publish the same idea to Reddit, LinkedIn, Mastodon and five more, and that is one post against your limit, not eight. Per-network variants, threads and first comments all travel with the post they belong to.
What happens at the post limit
The count is per brand and resets each month. The check happens when a post is created: at the limit, that brand stops accepting new posts, while everything already drafted or scheduled continues to publish normally. Nothing you have already planned is stranded. If a brand regularly runs close to its ceiling, move it to a plan with more room.
What AI credits are for
AI Studio is credit-metered and entirely optional — it sits behind a feature flag that's off by default, and every plan, including Free, works fully without it. Credits are spent when you generate captions, hashtag suggestions, translations, blog-to-post repurposing or inbox reply drafts. Free includes 0 credits because the feature is off; Creator, Studio and Agency scale from 200 to 5,000 a month if you turn it on. Nothing else on the platform requires AI or is priced around it.
How billing works
Paid plans run through Stripe, with EU VAT applied automatically based on your billing details — card details never touch our servers, Stripe is the processor. Creator, Studio and Agency each start with a 14-day trial, and Stripe's dunning handles a failed card at renewal so a subscription doesn't lapse over one missed payment. You can move between plans as your brand count changes.
Why unlimited team members is the headline, not a footnote
There is no seat count in WDIBoard's plan schema at all — not a soft cap, not a per-seat add-on. Whether you're a solo creator on Free or an agency on Agency running 30 brands, add every Editor, Contributor, Client-Approver and Analyst your work needs. The bill doesn't change. Compare that to the common industry pattern of charging per seat: every new hire, every client stakeholder who wants view access, every freelance editor becomes a new monthly line item elsewhere. Here it's zero.

Who each plan fits
Free suits a single creator or small brand testing the water — one brand, 30 posts a month, nine networks, no trial needed because there's nothing to commit to. Creator fits a solo marketer or small in-house team running one to three brands who need real posting volume, a full year of analytics history rather than 90 days, and the tenth network, X. Studio fits a growing team or a boutique agency managing a handful of client brands, with 10 brands and 1,000 AI credits covering most small agencies without an upgrade. Agency is built for larger client rosters — 30 brands under one workspace, with the client-reporting features detailed on the agency page.
A worked example
A three-person agency runs six client brands, each posting to three or four networks a week. That's comfortably inside Studio's 10-brand ceiling with room to add clients, and well under the 1,000-posts-a-month-per-brand limit even during a launch push. Adding a fourth team member, or giving each client a Client-Approver seat to sign off on posts, costs nothing extra, because seats aren't metered — and for clients who'd rather not create an account at all, a review link lets them approve or comment without logging in. If the agency later signs client number eleven, that's the point to move to Agency rather than Studio, not before.

What counts as a brand?
A brand is a separate workspace identity with its own connected channels, calendar and analytics — typically one brand per client if you're an agency, or one per product line if you run several. Your plan sets how many brands you can have active at once.
What happens when I hit the post limit?
Each brand's post count resets each month. If you're consistently near the limit, move that brand to a plan with more room — Creator, Studio and Agency all include 1,000 posts a month per brand, well above the Free plan's 30. Get in touch if you need the exact terms for your setup.
Do extra team members cost more?
No. Team members are unlimited on every plan, including Free. There is no seat count and no per-user fee anywhere in WDIBoard's pricing.
Is every network included on every plan?
Creator, Studio and Agency include all 10: Reddit, X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Mastodon, Bluesky, Telegram and Google Business Profile — with no per-network add-on fee and no limit on how many channels you connect. Free includes nine of them; X is available from Creator up.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Creator, Studio and Agency each include a 14-day trial. When it ends, billing starts on the plan you trialled at the price listed on this page, unless you switch to Free or cancel first. The Free plan has no trial because there's no billing to trigger — you just start.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Moving between Free, Creator, Studio and Agency adjusts your brand, post and AI credit limits immediately; billing is handled through Stripe with EU VAT applied automatically.
